Keeping your online data safe
Staying safe online is important and this includes keeping your data and personal information secure.
If you think your data has been compromised, the Australian Government’s Australian Cyber Security Centre (ACSC) has a short quiz, which provides advice on what to do next.
The ACSC also provides information and tips about staying safe online, including instructions on how to:
- Update your devices to protect important information
- Protect your accounts with multi-factor authentication
- Back up your data regularly to the cloud or external hard drive
