We have a range of learning and mentoring support programs available. Primary and secondary children, parents and carers too.
Educational support programs
Learning for Life has a range of educational support programs available.
These programs can help your child's learning and build on their interests and skills. They are also an excellent way for them to meet new friends and role models!
Your child may have the opportunity to:
- Work with and be supported by peers in study groups and one-on-one.
- Build essential skills in reading, numeracy and literary.
- Build confidence for the move from primary to high school.
- Discover future careers and how to get there.
You and your child can select the programs that best suit them. You can explore our programs by reading the Program Guidebooks below.

How to choose a program
To help you choose the best program for your child:
- First, consider whether they need additional support in an area of study.
- Or if there is a particular subject or interest they enjoy at school.
Still trying to figure out what areas your child may need support in? Your Family Partnership Coordinator is happy to discuss which programs would fit your child best.
Please understand that not all programs will be available in every community. Please ask your Family Partnership Coordinator about opportunities available for your family.
