Our team of friendly experts is ready to support you with queries regarding our digital platforms and programs.
The Tech Support Team can help with things like:
- creating a My Smith Family account
- logging in to My Smith Family
- uploading documents, updating your details and accessing Offers in My Smith Family
- setting up a Smith Family Laptop
- troubleshooting basic laptop issues and questions
- setting up parental controls on your device
They can also refer you to one of our partners for more information and support, if you need it.
