Capturing your feedback

Your voice really matters to us.
We ask you for feedback about our programs, activities, and your family's experience with us at various times throughout the year.
We do this in different ways, such as:
- Sending survey links via email or SMS
- "Pop-ups" via My Smith Family or the Information Hub
- After you have finished an online chat with a member of our team
The information we collect from you helps us understand what we are doing well and what we could do better.
When we ask for your feedback, we will always:
- Let you know why we are collecting feedback
- Explain what we will do with your feedback and
- Share any changes we make because of what we hear
We encourage you to review this information when deciding whether you would like to provide feedback.
Sometimes, we use family quotes from our surveys in the media. It helps us to raise awareness in the community and raise money to support our work.
We never share information that identifies you or your family without your consent.
You can provide general feedback at any time by clicking the We love feedback option in My Smith Family.
If you are dissatisfied with The Smith Family or our services, we encourage you to let us know by lodging a complaint.
