  VIEW members exclusively support the children’s education charity, The Smith Family.

Get Involved
- Volunteer
  As a VIEW member there are many opportunities to volunteer your time and skills to directly help and support The Smith Family and disadvantaged Australian children and their families.
- Fundraise
  VIEW members raise over $1.1 million annually for The Smith Family and sponsor more than 1,650+ Learning for Life students.
- Raise awareness and advocate
  With more than 300 clubs around Australia involving some 14,000 women from all walks of life, the collective voice of VIEW is an important aspect of the organsation's work.
- Sponsor a disadvantaged student
  Learning for Life sponsorship provides disadvantaged students with financial assistance, emotional support and access to learning and educational programs.
- Partner with VIEW
  VIEW is proud to have a wide range of community partners that support our fundraising efforts and the work of The Smith Family. We would like to thank the following companies for their ongoing support.

Batemans Bay VIEW Club

About

Batemans Bay VIEW Club was formed in 1977.

Currently, the Club sponsors six Smith Family Learning for Life students and is actively involved in fundraising activities to raise donations for The Smith Family programs.

We are always open to new members, so please get in touch today and come and see what it's all about.

Raffle in July

Members had an enjoyable meeting in July 2023, and although our numbers were down we all enjoyed a delicious meal before enjoying some fun with a trivia quiz. President Julie presented a chocolate to member Coral for her birthday.

One of our major fundraisers this year is the raffle of a beautiful rug crocheted by our member Tracy. The rug is on display in at Whilby Loved at the Village Centre and can be seen in the accompanying photo.

Our guest speaker for August will be Jesse Tonge and Grace Reisima from Batemans Bay Rural Fire Service to talk about fire safety and making sure we are ready for the coming fire season. August is always a good time of the year to think about Fire Plans and the coming fire season.
