Get Involved
- Volunteer
  As a VIEW member there are many opportunities to volunteer your time and skills to directly help and support The Smith Family and disadvantaged Australian children and their families.
- Fundraise
  VIEW members raise over $1.1 million annually for The Smith Family and sponsor more than 1,650+ Learning for Life students.
- Raise awareness and advocate
  With more than 300 clubs around Australia involving some 14,000 women from all walks of life, the collective voice of VIEW is an important aspect of the organsation's work.
- Sponsor a disadvantaged student
  Learning for Life sponsorship provides disadvantaged students with financial assistance, emotional support and access to learning and educational programs.
- Partner with VIEW
  VIEW is proud to have a wide range of community partners that support our fundraising efforts and the work of The Smith Family. We would like to thank the following companies for their ongoing support.

North Rocks VIEW Club

About

North Rocks VIEW Club was formed in 1979.

Currently, the Club sponsors three Smith Family Learning for Life students and is actively involved in fundraising activities to raise donations for The Smith Family programs.

We are always open to new members, so please get in touch today and come and see what it's all about.

Location

When: Meeting Day on the 2nd Thursday each month
Time: At 10.00am
Where: Vikings Sports Club
: We enjoy a coffee and catching up before our general meeting followed by a guest speaker. Then we enjoy lunch together at your own expense at the club. Our focus is on raising money to support disadvantaged students through the Smith Family's Program. We enjoy our fundraising. Theatre parties are very popular especially around school holiday time when the ladies enjoy taking grandchildren for birthdays. We have opportunities to donate stationery items and knit reading rugs for students who need extra assistance with reading. We have a regular trading table with donated items for sale.

Busy 2023

North Rocks Club News. A very interesting morning was spent at the SPASM Museum, Gladesville followed by lunch at the RSL. The museum has a huge fascinating display of memorabillia of hospital, dental and medical items.

We have Wicked and Beauty of the Beast to look forward to. Guest Speakers at our meetings and lunch have been varying and informative. APT Travel gave us all itchy feet to explore our country; and eye Health Education made us all aware of the importance of eye check ups.
