  VIEW members exclusively support the children’s education charity, The Smith Family.

  Every two years VIEW members vote on one or more issues of importance that will be the focus of advocacy and lobbying work for the coming years. These are called resolutions.

Get Involved
- Volunteer
  As a VIEW member there are many opportunities to volunteer your time and skills to directly help and support The Smith Family and disadvantaged Australian children and their families.
- Fundraise
  VIEW members raise over $1.1 million annually for The Smith Family and sponsor more than 1,650+ Learning for Life students.
- Raise awareness and advocate
  With more than 300 clubs around Australia involving some 14,000 women from all walks of life, the collective voice of VIEW is an important aspect of the organsation's work.
- Sponsor a disadvantaged student
  Learning for Life sponsorship provides disadvantaged students with financial assistance, emotional support and access to learning and educational programs.
- Partner with VIEW
  VIEW is proud to have a wide range of community partners that support our fundraising efforts and the work of The Smith Family. We would like to thank the following companies for their ongoing support.

About

Southern Highlands VIEW Club was formed in 1976.

Currently, the Club sponsors four Smith Family Learning for Life students and is actively involved in fundraising activities to raise donations for The Smith Family programs.

We are always open to new members, so please get in touch today and come and see what it's all about.

Southern Highlands Bunnings Sausage Sizzle

The ladies of the Southern Highlands VIEW Club held another fantastic fundraise in April 2025 at our local Bunnings Warehouse. Raising over $2,000 for the children in the Smith Families Learning For Life program.

Southern Highlands International Women's Day Brunch 2025

What an amazing morning we had to celebrate International Women Day. Thank you to all the ladies for coming and showing your support for VIEW Clubs of Australia. We raised much needed funds to support the children on The Smith Family Learning for life program.

Also a massive thank you to Gumnut Patisserie for creating & donating the most wonderful IWD cupcakes specially for our event. They were so delicious we didn’t have any leftovers. We really appreciate your support.

Pizza and Bingo in August 2024

Members had another wonderful Pizza & Bingo night and had a great time getting together, sharing a meal and had lots of fun playing Bingo at the Colosseum Pizza in Bowral.

We raised $655 for the Smith Family, discovered Cami's talent as the youngest Bingo caller in the Southern Highlands and shared a milestone birthday for one of our members. A truly memorable night which we will have to arrange to do again next year.

Outing to see Grease in 2024

What an amazing experience we had today! Members had a front row seat (in fact we had the 2 front rows) to see the final show of the Melting Pot Theaters performance of Grease. Lot of singing and many laughs were had by all.

We were incredibly proud of our girl Alesha Elbourne and her magnificent performance in the leading role of Sandy. You were wonderful!! We will keep everyone informed of the next performance to take place in November of A Mid Summer Nights Dream.
