  VIEW members exclusively support the children’s education charity, The Smith Family.

  Every two years VIEW members vote on one or more issues of importance that will be the focus of advocacy and lobbying work for the coming years. These are called resolutions.

Get Involved
- Volunteer
  As a VIEW member there are many opportunities to volunteer your time and skills to directly help and support The Smith Family and disadvantaged Australian children and their families.
- Fundraise
  VIEW members raise over $1.1 million annually for The Smith Family and sponsor more than 1,650+ Learning for Life students.
- Raise awareness and advocate
  With more than 300 clubs around Australia involving some 14,000 women from all walks of life, the collective voice of VIEW is an important aspect of the organsation's work.
- Sponsor a disadvantaged student
  Learning for Life sponsorship provides disadvantaged students with financial assistance, emotional support and access to learning and educational programs.
- Partner with VIEW
  VIEW is proud to have a wide range of community partners that support our fundraising efforts and the work of The Smith Family. We would like to thank the following companies for their ongoing support.

Boronia VIEW Club

About

Boronia VIEW Club was formed in 1990.

Currently, the Club sponsors eight Smith Family Learning for Life students and is actively involved in fundraising activities to raise donations for The Smith Family programs.

We are always open to new members, so please get in touch today and come and see what it's all about.

Location

When: Meeting Day on 3rd Friday each month
Time: At 11.30am
Where: Eastwood Golf Club
: To raise our funds, we have many varied functions, such as Cinema Outings, Cards Day, Coffee Morning, a Book Club, Raffles, a yearly Bus Trip, Birthday celebrations and many more sociable get togethers. Our members also do work in the Community in the name of VIEW and are also active participants in The Smith Family’s promotions for their Winter Appeal and Christmas Appeal.

Birthday Celebrations in March 2024

On Friday the 15th March Members celebrated our Club's 34th Birthday at the Eastwood Golf Club in Kilsyth. Our theme was look Elegant in Black and White. The room looked spectacular. Our thanks to the staff for all their help

We had VIEW Members attending from all the clubs in our VA03 area, as well as our National Councillor, Hazel, along with special guest Renee who sponsors a Learning For Life Student through our Club.

Great Raffles and lovely 2 course meal followed by the beautiful Birthday Cake, that can be seen in the accompanying photos.

Birthday Celebrations of Singing and Dancing

To finish off a beautiful day our entertainer was Arnie. And dancing and singing was definitely on the agenda that day.
