A new VIEW Club in Kyneton

Making Connections, Makes a Difference

The members of VIEW Clubs of Australia extend an invitation to you to join our organisation.

For over 60 years VIEW Clubs have provided women with a forum to come together in friendship to support the work of The Smith Family, a national independent children’s charity.

VIEW stands for Voice, Interests and Education of Women and was formed in 1960 by The Smith Family as a service to women in the community. Today, VIEW is a leading women’s volunteer organisation and support network with over 14,000 members, across Australia.

VIEW’s vision is “Women creating and leading a more inclusive Australian society”.

As a valued member you will benefit from:
•    The satisfaction which comes through providing essential support to Australian children in need, enabling them to make the most of their educational and learning opportunities.
•    Participating in volunteering and fundraising activities in support of The Smith Family.
•    Taking part in regular events, including galas, theatre nights, travel tours, social gatherings, conferences and the biennial VIEW National Convention, where members hear inspiring guest speakers; receive updates from The Smith Family; learn more about the changing world and network with other members.
•    A national network that empowers women to have their voices heard on issues of importance for the future wellbeing of Australian society.
•    Regular newsletters to keep you up to date on community issues, topical matters affecting women and program outcomes from VIEW and The Smith Family.

VIEW is proud to be The Smith Family’s largest community sponsor of disadvantaged Australian children on the Learning for Life program. Around 60,000 students are supported each year on the Learning for Life program. It is delivered in 91 communities across every Australian state and territory and improves the educational outcomes of disadvantaged young Australians.

VIEW continues to hold a unique place in society as the only national women’s organisation solely focused on supporting and advocating for the education of young disadvantaged Australians. We extend a warm invitation to visit us and share the experience which VIEW members find so rewarding.
