Review of industrial instruments

The Smith Family has been undertaking a comprehensive review of the application of industrial instruments for both current and former team members. As a result, we identified some issues concerning how we applied the minimum engagement term to some former casual team members who were employed under our Community Programs Enterprise Agreement. A review and remediation process is currently being undertaken by The Smith Family.

We are committed to ensuring that all team members receive their applicable entitlements under the Enterprise Agreement. We are currently taking steps to address any issues, including contacting those former casual team members identified as not having received their full entitlements.
