When The Smith Family started out 100 years’ ago, it’s safe to say that school was pretty different. Imagine one hundred years from now, how has school changed? Learning for Life students had some creative answers to this question and other outside-the-box ideas about the future when they entered our 2022 Creative Showcase.
To celebrate The Smith Family’s 100th year, we invited students to write about the future or create art to the theme ‘create a picture of your dream birthday’. The range of stories, drawings, craft, sculptures and photography prove this generation is one of imagination and innovation. Students used the opportunity to grow their skills in art and expression and they blew us away.
We wonder how many of these amazing ideas will come true over the next 100 years?
